Hmmm, sorry to say that, but you lose point for playing a tier deck :<
So you either get a new test (just plead that you didn't know ) or you lose points. Last format, they were tier 2, which would be -15 with the current point system. But this format, they are tier 1 potential again. We can wait and see if you lose more points if you wish
But yeah, rules are rules :<
And let's face it, it is pretty easy to beat ice barriers with mermails, you would have to admit it.

Hmmm. I would have to wait, some decks aren't really clear about being tier 1 or 2 yet. Especially now that it seems that tier 1 might be less dominant. But mermails are definitely a tier, at least tier 2.

But we know that he can't be in horakthy at the very least though. Take at least 15 points for the moment, but leave a note as he might lose more if mermails are tier 1 this format. (tell him to enjoy the few moments he will spent as a blue )
